Monday, August 9, 2021 - Wednesday, August 18, 2021, Prime Pay, the FCA/DCA partner for the Westfield School District, will be temporarily suspending all of their processing. Due to a migration to a new platform. This includes all participant-level changes (enrollments, terminations, reimbursement options, bank account changes, etc.) and all claim processing.

New PrimePay FLEX cards will automatically be generated and should arrive by mail by Wednesday, September 1, 2021.

Starting Thursday, August 19, 2021:

1. PrimePay Benefit Services will resume employer-level, participant-level, and claims processing in WEX Health Cloud.
2. PrimePay Benefit Services will issue new PrimePay FLEX cards to participants.

Capital Rx, the Westfield School District pharmacy benefit manager who currently administrates our pharmacy benefit offering, will be sending out new ID cards with updated processing information, including a new Member ID, RxBIN, RxPCN, and RxGRP number. Your old prescription card will become inactive after June 30th, 2021 and your new processing information will go into effect on July 1st, 2021. Before July 1^st, 2021, please use your current ID card and when your new ID card arrives, please provide your pharmacy with the updated processing information.
