We will be changing our Dental insurance to Delta Dental of NJ from Horizon BCBSNJ effective July 1, 2025.  Delta Dental’s plan is equal to or better than Horizon’s plan and has significantly more providers.

The open enrollment period is May 16 to May 30 which is when you have an opportunity to change coverage (between Single, Family, Parent/Child, Two Adults) or drop coverage or initiate coverage. If you have no changes, no action needs to be taken and you will have the same coverage under Delta Dental.

If you have changes to Dental coverage, complete an Enrollment/Change Form and email it to Kevin Slattery at kslattery@ucesc.org by May 30^th.

ID cards will be mailed out prior to July 1^st and you can always access your digital ID from the Delta Dental of NJ website.
