Generic HR Forms
Many of our groups have had a lot of employee turnover.  Feel free to use the below new hire checklist to help keep track of your new hire process.
 




If you are offering Accident or Hospital plans to your employees through Integrity, they can be getting $50 dollars back from the carrier just for going in for a routine Physical with their provider!

If you have dependents enrolled on these plans as well, they can also receive $50 dollars, just for going into the provider for a routine exam!

We want to keep you updated with the exciting things happening with Integrity Employee Benefits, LLC for 2025 and beyond!

The list of Minnesota counties, cities, and quasi-governmental groups that have elected to work with Integrity Employee Benefits in the management and administration of their ancillary group insurance benefit programs continues to grow. (Life, Dental, Disability, Vision, CI/Accident/Hospital and Private PFML Plans) 

We now work with around 140 Minnesota government groups representing over 25,000 employees.

Here are a few highlights for the year:

  • WE ARE GROWING:   We now work with 64 MN Counties that have Integrity Employee Benefits as their group ancillary consultant! (that’s the large majority of MN Counties)                               
  • RFP’s / MULTIPLE POOL OPTIONS:  Integrity’s RFP specifications are distributed to 4 different insurance pools, and we’re adding more options all of the time. This RFP process has saved our clients and employees millions of dollars in annual premiums! 
  • NEW PRODUCTS:  Over 65+ of our clients have now replaced their out-of-date AFLAC and Colonial individual insurance plans with new, lower-cost, group voluntary Disability, Hospital, Accident, and Critical Illness plans.
  • ONLINE ENROLLMENT:  Over 40+ Integrity clients conducted their entire health insurance and Ancillary Insurance benefit enrollment online – no paper!  
  • CUSTOM ONLINE PORTALS:  Integrity builds and maintains custom employee benefit communication websites/online portals (HRconnection) for all of our clients – free of charge! 
  • LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM: a software that allows you to automate, document and report on training courses taken by all employees under your company.  – offered free of charge! 
  • DECISION-MAKING TOOLS:  Integrity is investing in the creation of custom explainer videos and decision-making tools – to help your employees understand and appreciate their benefit options even better.

Online Enrollment

Flex/VEBA/HSA Carrier Further

Integrity does not currently work with Flex/VEBA/HSA accounts. We are aware however that Further (spending account Carrier) is being acquired by Health Equity. We have also been informed they will not be continuing VEBA accounts after September 2022.

This has posed many questions with clients on what will happen, and we have been asked for recommendations on new spending account carriers. 

The below carriers have Flex, HRA(VEBA), HSA accounts and also offers Cobra administration if that is a need. Both carriers we highly recommend, they both have great customer service and do a great job administering cobra and spending accounts.

A formal RFP is not needed in order to make a change, just a termination letter to the carrier will suffice.
